Vanilla Pumpkins- SCIC29

It's Thursday and that means time for another Stampin' Celebration Inspiration challenge! This week we have these warm and inviting inspirational pictures. If you would like to play along, please do...we would love to have you!

Here is what I came up with! I have never made white pumpkins, but when I saw the inspiration pictures, I really liked them and thought I would give it a try! My inspiration came mostly from the top left picture, you probably can tell that!

The colors I used for my card are Soft Suede, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Cherry Cobbler and More Mustard. I made the barn wood siding by stamping the wood grain background stamp onto Crumb Cake card stock using Soft Suede ink and then sponged the edges using the same ink. The pumpkins are made using the Extra Large oval for the larger pumpkin and the small oval punch from the mini catalog for the small pumpkin and then crumpled and sponged with the Crumb Cake ink. The Cherry Cobble and More Mustard leaves were cut free hand.
The greeting "Grateful" is from the set Falling Leaves.

I hope I inspired you to create with us this week!

Thanks for looking!

Gorgeous Rochelle!! Love all the textures and how you did the "wooden" background. Thanks so much for helping to keep the SCIC blog going. You are amazing!!

I like your white pumpkins too! This is the first year I've ever seen white pumpkins but, we had them at our "pumpkin patch" in October. Love your background creation and the "rumpled" pumpkin look. Really nice!
