Stacey's colors this week for her Curtain Call Color Challenge are very soft. They are Rich Razzleberry, Pink Pirouette, Bashful Blue and Very Vanilla. Over at Pals Paper Arts their challenge this week is a theme challenge and it is Spring. I thought these two challenges when well together. When I saw the colors I thought Easter, So that is what I did!
Here is my card. She is all ready for Easter..isn't she?! I made my bunny using several punches. I used the Large Oval (ears, feet, arms, whiskers), Wide Oval (body), Full Heart (face), Heart to Heart (nose) and the Crop-a-Dile (eye's) punches. The basket is die cut from the Stampin' Up! Beary Hoppy Sizzlit die and then embossed using my Big Shot. The bow is tied using 1/2" Polka-Dot Rich Razzleberry Grosgrain ribbon.
I sent the Bashful Blue card stock though my Big Shot with the Stampin' Up! Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder and then took my sanding sponge and sanded the dots down a little bit to make them a little softer.
The sentiment is stamped in Rich Razzleberry ink using two stamp sets. The "happy" is from the Happy Everything stamp set and the "Easter" is from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set.
Here is a close up of the bunny.
Thanks for looking!
