Birthday Quilt for Mom-CCCCact6

It's time for another Curtain Call Color Challenge from Stacey! This week, Act 6, the colors are Dusty Durango, Ruby Red, Very Vanilla, So Saffron and Mellow Moss. What warm colors to make a birthday card for my Mom with!

Here is the card I made. I have been seeing the Top Note die Quilt all over and have been wanting to try it, so I figured this would be the perfect color combo to try with it, since they are such warm colors and so are quilts!

It is hard to see in the picture, but there is a piece of Vellum I textured using the Small Dots texture plate and the Big Shot over the Very Vanilla card base. I put the quilt together and added the "stitching" then used my Big Shot again and the Buttons #5 Sizzlits die and die cut a few small paper buttons and added them to the card. The bow is made with the Very Vanilla Taffeta ribbon. The sentiment comes from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set.

Here is a close up of the detail on the card.

Happy Birthday Mom!
