A Board Book for Our 1 Year Old- MDS Blog Hop

The MDS Blog Hop crew is back with another hop for you!!  This is our second hope of March so we are showing you anything we have been working on in MDS!  Don't forget about our NEW Pinterest page too!!  We have ALL of our pages and/or projects each design team member has made since we started in January pinned!!  Check it out here and make sure to follow us!

When my daughter was born and we had her newborn pictures taken, I wanted to put them in an album so I could have them all together and then also give the grandparents an album too, so I created an 8x8 board book of them.  I continued the tradition for her 6 month pictures and now, I have made a 12 month one as well....here it is (well...not every page, just a sampling of a few of them):

As you can see I kept the album pages real simple and clean so the focus is on her.  I used the Convention 2012 kit and went with the trendy chalkboard theme.

I just got the finished printed board books today and they look FANTASTIC printed!!!

Are you ready to hop on over to the next blog? The easiest way to do so is to click on the thumbnail right after mine, so that would be Aly and then from her blog hop on over to Mandy's blog and so on until you have hopped a full circle back to here!  This month's guest blogger is Wendy Weixler, so make sure to check out what she has made as well!

So cute! I'd love to know what font you used for your text. So chalkBoard-y. Also I'd love to hire your photographer. :)

Popping by to say hello and welcome to the gang - I look forward to working with you on MDS Monday. This book is fabulous! Being a teacher, I love the chalkboard background. I absolutely LOVE the final photo with her crawling away from the cake - priceless!
